Purpose of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own and develop key client relationships across a defined portfolio of top Canadian automotive retail accounts. You’ll sit at the heart of a cross-functional “pod” that includes sales, professional services, and customer success - acting as the strategic lead and advocate for your customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring the retention and growth of your accounts, building long-term partnerships, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion within your portfolio.
