As we continue to strengthen our Procurement function, we are seeking two experienced Procurement Managers to join our team, leading either our Directs or Packaging categories. These are highly strategic roles with significant influence over business performance, supplier partnerships, innovation, sustainability, and supply resilience.
As a Procurement Manager, you will develop and execute category strategies across complex, high-value spend areas, working closely with senior stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value beyond cost. Whether focused on Directs that underpin our manufacturing operations or Packaging that shapes our consumer brands, you will play a critical role in driving commercial performance and long-term growth.
Both roles offer the opportunity to influence key business decisions, lead strategic sourcing initiatives, and build supplier relationships that create competitive advantage.
We're looking for commercially minded procurement professionals who thrive in fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are passionate about delivering measurable business impact.
This role is based at our Weybridge office, with the option to work from home up to one day per week, subject to business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.
Work pattern: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
- Developing and delivering category strategies aligned to business objectives, growth plans and risk management priorities.
- Leading sourcing activities and commercial negotiations across strategic Direct Materials or Packaging categories.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise cost, improve supply resilience, drive innovation and enhance sustainability performance.
- Building strong supplier partnerships that support business continuity, growth and long-term value creation.
- Analysing market trends, cost drivers and industry dynamics to inform commercial decision-making.
- Managing supplier performance, risk and contract compliance across critical spend areas.
- Delivering measurable value through cost reduction, cost avoidance, working capital improvements and process efficiencies.
- Influencing stakeholders through insight-led recommendations and strong commercial acumen.

YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…
- An experienced Procurement professional with expertise in either Directs or Packaging categories.
- Experienced within FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering category plans and sourcing initiatives that drive business value.
- A confident negotiator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across the organisation.
- Experienced in supplier relationship management, risk mitigation and supply continuity planning.
- Passionate about sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement within Procurement.
- Commercially astute, data-driven and motivated by delivering tangible business outcomes.
