Job Description
We're looking for a Portfolio Workbook Planning Engineer to maintain and develop an integrated portfolio workbook covering procurement, materials management, manufacturing, logistics and project delivery activities across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Own and maintain the portfolio workbook, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Consolidate project, procurement, supplier, manufacturing and logistics information into a single portfolio view.
- Track key milestones including demand, procurement readiness, supplier lead times, manufacturing and delivery dates.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, risks, dependencies and constraints.
- Produce portfolio reporting, look-ahead plans and exception reports.
- Support allocation, fulfilment planning and governance reporting.
- Improve workbook functionality and support the move towards automated reporting and dashboards.
Qualifications
Essential
