Job Description
SOSi is seeking a Training Coordinator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.
Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for planning, coordination, quality assurance, and Government interface regarding training events procured.
- Manage the acquisition of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs.
- Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers.
- Solicit and compare quotes from at least two sources for each training event.
- Submit a vendor recommendation package with justification to the COR for approval.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Review deliverables for quality and completeness post-event.
- Maintain training records and provide monthly reporting on status, cost, and participation.
- Ensure that training outcomes align with Government-defined learning objectives.
Qualifications
