BARUCH COLLEGE

Program Assistant (Multiple Positions)

Schedule: 10 Saturdays 8:30am-3:00pm

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain student attendance records
  • Assist instructors in learning environments (classroom, computer lab, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff
  • Assist with outreach to students, parents, and alumni
  • Database management
  • Compile and update relevant program materials and resources
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Upperclassmen or recent college graduate
  • Prior experience working with high school populations
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate campus, move classroom furniture, and carry supplies

Pay Range:

$20 per hour
