Reporting to the Department Head, we are looking for a Business Administration graduate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting and resolving billing issues with assigned suppliers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of technical aspects, resolution times, and procedures.
• Performing technical closures of issues once resolved and facilitating administrative closures.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

• Availability to travel
• Computer skills
• Creativity and dynamism
• Communication and teamwork skills
• A high level of English; knowledge of other languages, such as French or German, is a plus.
