Airbus Helicopters is looking for an MRO Operations Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join the MATERIAL SUPPORT & LOGISTICS department based in Marignane, France.

## Your future missions :
You will be part of a team (ESLZF) developing methods and tools for the business needs of Service & Support, in collaboration with digital teams. As part of the Methods & Tools team, you will participate in PI planning (Product Increment Planning) using the SAFe/Agile methodology.
## Your main missions will be :
- Participate in supporting and evolving our ERP product in its current or future version (medium/long-term transition from SAP ECC6 to the new SAP S/4HANA version as part of the NEW ERP transformation program) covering MRO operations (internal/external component repair and associated supply chain).
- Lead the Scrum team in collaboration with the Scrum Master (planning, budget, resources, risks) following the priorities defined by the MRO Operations Product Owner.
- Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Participate in defining processes.
- Define the backlog of features to be developed.
- Foster effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team working toward a common goal.
- Contribute to all project phases (requirements gathering, specifications, testing, training).
- Contribute to change management and deployment.
Business travel is to be expected as part of your role; you must be willing to travel accordingly.
## Your profile :
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), supply chain/logistics, and/or digital project management.
- Good knowledge of repair operations management (ideally in the aerospace sector) and/or supply chain/logistics processes.
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA repair and logistics/supply chain modules.
- Project management experience (at least as a contributor or Work Package Leader).
- Excellent listening skills and customer service orientation.
- Change management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Agile Management (including proficiency in Agile methodologies).
- Languages: Fluent in both English and French.
