Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of a Client Relations Associate is to research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring the Firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines. Analysts in this role must collaborate effectively with business partners, including field and operations staff and management, to escalate and resolve complaint-related issues. They are also responsible for building strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as analysts must effectively manage their workload while demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and accountability.
This position also requires participation in the coverage of client-facing telephone lines, with analysts expected to provide phone support at least one day per week. Analysts must maintain a professional and client-focused approach while handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries.
In addition, this position may support various operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and participation in special projects as needed.
Role is Hybrid and requires in-office attendance 3 days per week. Qualifications and Skills Required

Excellent grammar and composition skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English/Communications or a related discipline; work experience considered in lieu of these degrees
Preferred candidates have knowledge and some level of expertise in the brokerage industry or banking operations
Strong initiative and drive
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook programs
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
Exceptional phone presentation skills
Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment while handling a wide variety of tasks
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
Ability to be self-motivated and succeed in a team atmosphere.
