Vice President - Integrated Fund Platform

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Integrated Fund Platform (IFP) team and contribute to the growth and development of HKEX's fund platform. This position will work closely with senior management to shape the commercial value proposition of the IFP, drive client acquisition, and manage strategic client relationships.

Job Duties:

• Develop, execute, and evaluate sales plans and strategies to acquire business, revenue, and clients for IFP.
• Lead, plan, and execute regular IFP marketing events to promote brand name, drive platform usage / flows and explore new fund products, fund houses, and distributors business opportunities with industry participants and IFP clients.
• Build and manage relationship with key stakeholders of IFP, including distributors, fund houses, transfer agents, regulators as well as industry participants.
• Identify and drive business opportunities to achieve platform adoption and commercial growth.
• Lead and drive client onboarding activities to achieve agreed timeline and business targets.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other internal departments to support product development, client implementation, and maintenance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to IFP team members across different functions while fostering a collaborative, high-performing, transparent, and teamwork culture / work style.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification; preferably in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in fund industry, such as fund house, distributor or similar financial services industry, with at least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen with solid knowledge in regulatory requirements of the fund industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills with strong client network.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and build strong collaborative relationships within the team and across functions.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
