Job Description
- Represent Sia at professional events, contributing actively to thought leadership initiatives (articles, white papers, webinars).
- Drive business development by crafting compelling proposals, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Manage client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to middle and senior-level management.
- Supervise and mentor junior to medior consultants, guiding their professional growth, reviewing deliverables, and facilitating the development of technical and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical thinker with a structured and proactive approach.
- Experienced communicator capable of clearly articulating complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
- Effective stakeholder manager, comfortable guiding teams through project delivery.
