Position Overview:

The Securitas Canadian Security Operation Centre (CSOC) is looking for qualified candidates looking to bring their experience to our Operations Centre and learn and expand their knowledge base. The position will include providing centrally managed Mobile Guard Dispatching with event logging, call recording, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis.

## Job Description:

• Communicate and consult with Branch Management, Supervisors, Security Guards across the country to provide after-hours support with various operational issues.
• Inbound/Outbound calls to manage mobile dispatching of mobile officers.
• Confirming the health & Safety of Security guards in the field via various alerts.
• Prompt and accurate data entry for applications such as Vision and Outlook'
• Acquiring a strong understanding of the Department’s National process to educate Guards, Managers and efficiently actions various requests..
• Completing daily briefing, as well as, writing and being able to understand incident reports.

Job Requirements:

• Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Frequent sitting, and computer use, which may be required for extended periods of time,
• Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Individuals with Call Centre and/or Security experience is preferred along with customer service skills.
• A decent aptitude with computers is an asset.
• We are a 24/7/365 operation, and our shifts reflect that.
• We are looking for Bilingual (English/French) Speaker
