  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and validate mechanical components using CAD and simulation tools.
  • Evaluate mechanical designs for robustness, ergonomics, durability, thermal performance, and reliability.
  • Drive mechanical improvements to equipment to enhance performance, reduce downtime, and support high‑volume manufacturing.
  • Lead PDLM subprojects and ensure smooth transfer from design to manufacturing.
  • Define production requirements and support factory readiness for new products.
  • Review and update Quality Control Plans and Work Instructions for compliance and safety.

  • Hands‑on experience in equipment installation, mechanical design, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement independently with strong project management skills.

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of an innovative manufacturing environment where you can influence product industrialization, optimize processes, and drive improvements that directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.

How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role.
