- At least 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, solution management, or a comparable role.
- Knowledge of U.S. equities trading, market structure, ATSs, or broker-dealer execution environments.
- Experience supporting product roadmaps, requirements, client engagements, demonstrations, or proposals.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with matching engines, FIX connectivity, market data, surveillance, regulatory reporting, or low-latency trading systems.
- Familiarity with Regulation ATS, Regulation NMS, SEC Rule 15c3-5, CAT, or FINRA reporting requirements.
- Experience with enterprise software deployments, production support, change management, or incident management.
