We're launching Account Wave 0 and looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join our New Cairo team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply!

What you'll do:

• Handle customer interactions with efficiency and empathy
• Deliver tailored solutions that meet each customer's needs
• Create a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional phone etiquette

Requisitos

What you'll bring:

• Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1) a MUST
• Strong customer service and support skills
• Sharp problem-solving, active listening, and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools a plus!
• Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts
