Role: Commercial Debt Advisor / Finance Broker (Self-Employed) Location: Remote – UK-wide Type: Self-Employed (Authorised Representative or Introducer) Earnings: Commission Only – Uncapped (£100k–£150k+ OTE for top performers)

Engagement Structure: This opportunity is suitable only for individuals who are already operating, or are comfortable operating, on a genuinely self-employed, business-to-business basis. It is not suitable for candidates seeking employment, worker status, a base salary, guaranteed income, or employee benefits.

This is not an employed or worker role and does not involve set hours, guaranteed income, or exclusivity. Individuals engaged operate their own business, control how and when they work, may work with multiple partners, and are remunerated solely on results or commission. Where an individual is genuinely self-employed, employment legislation such as the National Minimum Wage and statutory holiday pay does not apply, as these apply only to employees or workers.

Who We’re Looking For You will need to answer “yes” to most of these:

• You have a proven track record in SME commercial finance (structuring debt and equity deals).
• You’re comfortable being self-employed with an uncapped commission model.
• You have a lender network and/or proven ability to originate your own deals.
• You can manage the full customer journey from enquiry to funding.
• You have successfully billed £100k+ in commission or closed multiple six-figure deals.
• You can work across multiple finance products, not just regulated mortgages.

Not the Right Fit If:

• Your experience is mainly in regulated residential mortgages with little or no commercial exposure.
• You’ve never independently sourced and structured SME funding deals.
• You’re looking for a salaried role.
