Job Overview:

The Coordinator I QHSE supports the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs for Primoris Energy Services in Haskell, TX, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the QHSE management system.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Support incident investigation processes, including data collection, root cause analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate QHSE records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of QHSE training programs for employees.
  • Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture and best practices.
  • Communicate QHSE information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the QHSE department.

Job Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the energy services or construction industry.
  • Basic understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
