The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P – Director role is critical in driving the strategic alignment of our market strategy and planning. These roles focus on analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with various teams to execute these strategies effectively.

Job Description:

The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P - Director role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies within our team and organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who can proactively identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. The focus is on multiple brands, channels, lines, or teams with broadly defined objectives, often spanning multi-country clusters or regions.

• Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products
• Focus on multiple brands, channels, lines, categories or team / organization with broadly defined objectives
• Collaborate effectively across internal or external boundaries to maximize job impact and personal learning
• Manage & lead a team to accomplish results; allocate individuals as per business needs, strengths & aspirations

Job Qualifications

• 8-10 years prior experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy execution within a team or organization
• Experience in identifying and leading developments of new ideas or products
• Proven track record in managing multiple brands or teams with broadly defined objectives
• Strong collaboration and networking skills across internal or external boundaries
• Experience in managing & leading a team to accomplish results
