🔧 Position Details

Role: Concrete Laborer

Pay Rate

• $25.00 per hour
• Potential for pay increases based on experience and skill development

Schedule

• Start time: approximately 7:00 AM
• Standard workday: approximately 8 hours
• Workdays may range from 8–12 hours depending on project needs
• Saturday work is common; Sunday work is rare
• Approximately 40 hours per week targeted, weather permitting

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble concrete forms
• Pour concrete footings and foundations
• Pour and work on concrete walls and other concrete structures
• Assist with concrete placement and general construction activities
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow supervisor instructions and established safety procedures

📋 Job Requirements

• Previous concrete or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Ability to work outdoors in sun and varying weather conditions
• Spanish-speaking candidates are accepted
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are a plus
• Ability to work extended hours when project needs require
• Work clothes and appropriate work boots required
• Steel-toe boots are not specifically required
• Hard hat may be required on certain job sites and will be provided
• Basic hand tools are preferred; tools can be provided if necessary
• Drug screening may be required at the employer’s discretion after arrival
