Job Description

Preparation and production of high-quality desserts for the Ikarus restaurant and our outlets (Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, Mayday Bar, Outdoor Lounge)

Presentation, decoration, and plating of desserts

Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)

Qualifications

Completed training

Previous professional experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality

Excellent product knowledge and strong professional expertise

Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor

Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility

Strong team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability

Excellent German and English language skills

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.750 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
