Trades Technician I (full-time, $26.00-$28.00/hour)

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU: This is a great opportunity for an entry-level Trades Technician! You’ll work as part of a dedicated team that is responsible for our buildings, including maintenance, repair, inspections, large scale projects and so much more! Our team also oversees the operations of our swimming pool facilities, and no experience is necessary… all training is provided! We supply all of your tools, PPE and a uniform. We also have a fleet of trucks for our team members to use for their work.

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent along with a valid Illinois class “C” driver’s license. The best applicants will have at least one (1) year of related work experience or have taken trades courses. Other requirements include sufficient physical ability for the position, ability to work in a safe and effective manner, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work together as part of a cohesive team.

PAY, BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time year-round non-exempt position. Schedule is generally Sunday – Thursday from 7:45am – 4:15pm and night/weekend work required as part of an on-call rotation program. Overtime work may be required based on need. Target hiring range is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOQ (depending on qualifications). Our full-time benefits package includes:
