The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The LATAM Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for strengthening and ensuring the consistent application of the Solventum brand across Latin America, ensuring global brand guidelines are properly implemented across all markets and customer, partner, and employee touchpoints.

This role will lead the planning and execution of branding, communications, and digital content initiatives, helping strengthen brand presence, manage institutional digital channels, and adapt global strategies to meet regional business needs.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Lead branding and communications initiatives across LATAM, ensuring consistent application of Solventum’s brand identity and strengthening market positioning.
• Plan, execute, and measure branding campaigns, rebranding projects, and communication initiatives, leveraging KPIs, market insights, and industry trends.
• Manage content strategy and governance for institutional digital channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience and effective digital asset management.
• Coordinate brand activations, events, congresses, and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility across the region.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners while overseeing budgets, timelines, and project execution to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field AND experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, or Integrated Marketing.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Advanced English Level
• Experience developing and executing marketing and communication campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Advanced Spanish Level
• Experience working in multinational companies or regional organizations is a plus.

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Campinas at least 1 day per week)

Travel: May include up to 20%
