Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Principal Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate product opportunities, strengthen operational excellence, and drive scalable business practices across OCI. This role is responsible for translating corporate and organizational strategy into executable programs that span multiple business units, enabling product growth, operational efficiency, and successful go-to-market execution.

As a Lead Principal Product Manager, you will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, partnering across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to define strategic priorities, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution while influencing without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional programs that accelerate OCI product initiatives, customer adoption, and long-term business growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify emerging product opportunities & strategic priorities.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and operational data.
  • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical, commercial, and operational organizations.
  • Establish and evolve operational standards, governance models, and business processes that improve consistency, scalability, and execution across multiple Oracle business units.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps early, proactively developing mitigation strategies and enabling informed executive decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate workflows, and improve operational maturity.
  • Lead complex program planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration across globally distributed teams, creating alignment while navigating competing priorities and organizational complexity.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $119,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
