OTR CDL-A Driver | Solo or Mentor Option | Experienced & Recent Grads

We're adding Class A CDL drivers for OTR solo and driver mentor opportunities. This position offers no-touch freight, consistent miles, weekly pay, and the option for experienced drivers to earn additional compensation by mentoring new CDL holders.

Solo OTR

Solo drivers typically stay out 10–14 days with home time between trips.

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on experience
• 100% no-touch freight
• Consistent OTR miles
• Weekly pay
• Late-model equipment
• Additional incentives may be available

Mentor Option

Drivers with qualifying experience can choose to train new CDL holders while continuing to run OTR.

Mentor compensation includes:

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM base pay
• +$0.10 CPM while mentoring
• Up to +$0.10 CPM productivity incentive
• Additional bonus opportunities
• Priority mileage opportunities

Mentor assignments are generally 11 days, and drivers may take home time or return to solo driving between students.

New CDL Drivers Welcome

Recently earned your Class A CDL? Training opportunities are available.

New drivers begin at $0.35 CPM while completing training and gaining their first three months of qualifying experience. After reaching three months, drivers may transition to the experienced solo pay range of $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on applicable experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Experienced Solo/Mentor applicants need 3+ months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
