Job Description
As a Security Team Lead - Organizational Resilience at Ubisoft Montréal, you will coordinate and support the daily operations of the Resilience team within Security & Risk Management. You will help strengthen organizational resilience across Ubisoft locations worldwide by contributing to crisis preparedness, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives while supporting team development and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to the tactical and strategic development of organizational resilience programs, including crisis preparedness, business continuity, and disaster recovery
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures aligned with organizational priorities
- Coordinate and support security projects and initiatives while tracking progress, deliverables, and timelines
- Lead or collaborate on cross-functional topics involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Develop, review, and implement policies, standards, processes, and guidelines related to resilience activities
- Provide guidance and technical support to internal teams and stakeholders on organizational resilience topics
- Support awareness and training activities related to resilience and security practices
- Coordinate day-to-day team operations and help ensure priorities are completed effectively
- Mentor and support team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development activities
- Communicate team progress, challenges, and resource needs with management while supporting alignment with departmental goals
Qualifications
- Business Continuity Management certification is a plus (ABCP, CBCP, AFBCI, MBCI).
- Significant experience in security and risk management related functions.
- Previous experience in managing teams.
- Previous experience in coordinating business continuity, crisis preparedness and disaster recovery plans.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
- Previous IT related experience is a plus.
