What will you be doing?

• Leading and motivating your team during each shift
• Kicking off with a short, clear, and energizing team briefing
• Organizing tasks, keeping the flow in the kitchen and on the floor, and stepping in whenever needed
• Coaching and training new team members so they can grow with you
• Keeping everything on track: from cash handling to stock orders, and from hygiene to safety
• Acting as the go-to person for both guests and your team whenever questions arise
• You’ll spend at least 80% of your time on the floor – right where the action is.

What do you bring to the table?

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, food service, or retail
• A positive, guest-focused attitude – you know how to make people happy
• Natural leadership skills – you take responsibility and know how to guide a team
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• A strong team spirit with the ability to work independently when needed
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
