Your role:

• Spearhead performance marketing across channels like Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Apple Search Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, and more.
• Own and optimize a significant marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Drive automation and innovation to improve campaign performance and scalability.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing ops team to leverage and improve martech tools and analytics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously adapt performance strategies.
