Job Description
The Global Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for implementing, managing and continuously improving our compensation and benefits programs - supporting our employees and key internal stakeholders. The individual responsible will oversee the day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of regional/global pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package system that is aligned with PSI strategy, business goals and talent needs.
- Supports the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager in maintaining a consistent strategy in line with PSI work culture and organizational objectives.
- Makes data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation plans.
- Supports Finance with budgets, year-end bonus incentive payment process and financial analysis of all compensation and benefit plans.
- Supports Legal by ensuring compliance of compensation and benefit programs with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Conducts ongoing research and reports on emerging trends, issues and best practices.
- Assesses competitors’ compensation and benefits plans and makes recommendations for enhancements to PSI existing plans.
- Provides subject matter expertise and support to key internal stakeholders compensation and benefit issues.
