Job Description
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
SOSi is seeking a Licensing & Contract Administrator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage enterprise software licenses and technology licensing agreements.
- Ensure the optimization of service license utilization, coordinating with procurement management to prevent redundancy and cost overruns.
- Submit the Software Licensing & Compliance Report, detailing license usage, renewal timelines, and compliance with procurement regulations.
- Maintain a centralized license utilization register to ensure alignment with procurement ceilings, prevent duplicative purchases, and support budget transparency across the IDIQ portfolio.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and technical teams to ensure contract and licensing compliance.
