SECURITY GUARDS – FULL-TIME POSITIONS

We are seeking a qualified Control Room Operator to support site security operations. The successful candidate will monitor CCTV systems, manage access control, and respond to security‑related incidents in a fast‑paced control room environment.

These are full-time opportunities, and all shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a computer skills assessment as part of the pre-employment evaluation process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor CCTV systems and identify irregular or suspicious activities.
• Enforce all control room protocols without exception.
• Manage access control for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Respond to alarms and security alerts in real time.
• Communicate with on‑site security personnel and law enforcement to coordinate responses.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Escalate issues to supervisors or management as required.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and security procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid provincial Security Guard License.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple security platforms.
• Prior control room/Call Centre or CCTV experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and professional during high‑pressure situations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts as needed.
• Must be available in the daytime, evening and overnight shifts as needed.
