Contractor – Client Support Are you a natural problem-solver who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Contractor – Client Support to join our team as the first point of contact for our customers - providing expert phone-based support while building a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and application monitoring. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch a career in product/technical support, with a clear path to full-time employment based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Customer Support: Provide responsive, high-quality product support to customers over the phone, staying available on customer calls (inbound and outbound).
• Solve Problems: Assess the nature of product or service issues and work through them to timely, effective resolutions.
• Troubleshoot Thoroughly: Read, understand, and ask the right questions to troubleshoot each situation and product issue accurately.
• Collaborate: Partner with teammates to share knowledge and deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting ability
• Comfort with basic technical concepts; prior experience with application, infrastructure, or database monitoring is a plus
• A graduate degree (BCA, BSc, or similar computer-background field) - open to all academic backgrounds with a technical aptitude
