The ULA Center of Excellence (CoE) is a specialized sales team responsible for structuring, developing, and negotiating Oracle’s most strategic and complex licensing transactions. The role partners closely with sales leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build compelling deal value, develop commercial and contractual strategies, and navigate internal approval processes through deal closure.
Team members serve as subject-matter experts in Oracle licensing, contracts, and commercial structures, using this expertise to develop creative solutions that balance customer objectives with Oracle’s strategic and financial goals. The role requires strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-value transactions involving multiple stakeholders. Success in the role requires a deep understanding of Oracle licensing practices and contractual terms, combined with the ability to translate that knowledge into effective deal strategy and customer negotiations.
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory.
Responsibilities
Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $121,200 to $171,200 per annum. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $217,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
