## 📞 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (inbound heavy).
• Follow up consistently with non-enrollments and warm leads.
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and strong pipeline management.
• Engage with leads through calls, texts, and follow-ups until resolution.
• Collaborate with the team via Slack and internal tools.
• Communicate with excellence and deliver a world-class client experience.

⏰ Schedule & Work Expectations

• Full-time availability ONLY.
• You manage your own calendar and daily hours — but operate as a full-time team member.
• Requires high discipline, resilience, and strong ownership.
• This is a demanding, high-performance role suited for closers with drive.

💼 Requirements

• 1+ year of proven sales experience, ideally in closing roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and meticulous record keeping.
• Elite follow-up skills — persistent, organized, proactive.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Slack.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, hard-working, and thrives in a high-performance environment.

💰 Compensation

Commission Rates by Product Price:

• Up to $1,000: earn 20% commission
• $1,001 –$12,001 and above: earn 5% commission
