Sr. Allocation Analyst - HOKA

The role Sr. Allocation analyst is responsible for all allocation & replenishment activities and delivering annual targets for DTC HOKA stores. To reach this objective this role will ensure correct product allocation and work closely with planners and Ops or Sales Managers to optimize the assortment in line with the market needs. counties to pay attention to the tracking and sales of current, off-season and in season products, this includes the execution of the allocation plan, monitoring inventory in DCs and stores, and maintaining replenishment levels.

50% Replenishment:

• Reviews store performance and inventory position and support line manager on weekly replenishment activities to ensure timely and sufficient inventory support to maximize sales and productivity.
• Develops and executes inventory build-ups for holidays and promotional activities.
• Participates in promotion and product movement discussion and execute the final decisions to store level.
• Collaborate with store teams to identify allocation opportunities. Analyze store feedback for validation and make recommendations for future allocation strategies.

Reservation and Allocation:

• Retail by channel season order maintenance and inbound reserve
• Execute Initial Allocations load in line with the range plans and store grading
• Close cooperation with operation team and logistics, sales team to ensure high service level to stores: responsible for end-to-end process
• Do regular store transfer to ensure product efficiency.

In season store assortment adjustment:

• Work closely with planning team for in season store assortment adjustment based on stock level, selling speed of each store and SKU eff.

40% Reporting:

• Ensure all reporting activities for the retail and merch team and provide ad hoc analysis on sales, stock, product availability and relevant business KPIs
• Conducts sales analysis and manages KPI reports. Manages and communicates operational issues.
• Maintain Retail DTC Sales & SOH database.
• Create and monitoring weekly and Monthly DTC channel allocation report, top styles, wc, etc.

10% Others:

• Monthly allocation review with sales team for allocation efficiency improvement.
• Support line manager for related planning part work.
• Closely work with IT for further IT system logic improvement.
