Client Service Associate – Travel Industry

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support customers with travel coordination, reservation assistance, and overall service excellence. Review booking information for accuracy and completeness

Maintain organized client records and documentation

Provide follow-up support before and after travel
