The Manufacturing Engineering Analyst will support assembly operations by helping develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes on the production floor. This role provides hands-on exposure to process documentation, capacity analysis, SAP routings, Lean Manufacturing, equipment improvements, and technical problem-solving.

Tasks and Qualifications:

15-month project - temporary

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Support the definition, update, and implementation of manufacturing processes for assembly operations.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including process flow charts, PFMEA/AMEF, visual aids, and controlled work instructions.
  • Support the design and implementation of poka-yokes, fixtures, and production tools, considering ergonomics and operator safety.
  • Assist with assembly line capacity analysis and production requirement reviews.
  • Maintain manufacturing routing information and provide data for SAP updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery KPIs.
  • Track CAPA activities and follow up on open corrective and preventive actions.
  • Update assembly layouts based on production changes and process improvements.
  • Help identify design and process issues on the production floor and support the implementation of solutions.
  • Follow EH&S policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.
  • Support Indirect Purchasing with quotations, expense tracking, and purchase order follow-up.
  • Provide technical support to production teams and assist with basic troubleshooting activities.
  • Participate in training programs and support knowledge-sharing activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC programming; experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts and industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA/AMEF, process flows, work instructions, poka-yokes, or CAPA activities.
  • SAP or ERP experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Availability to work onsite full-time.
