Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Contract Renewals

  • Partner closely with Sales Representatives and Account Owners to manage and grow strategic Retail & Lifestyle customer accounts.
  • Align with commercial, product, operations, customer experience, pricing, and finance teams to execute customer plans and achieve business objectives.
  • Own and coordinate renewal activities across assigned Ocean and L&S products to ensure continuity of customer contracts and revenue retention.

Opportunity Management

  • For assigned accounts, support new RFQs and opportunities from new logos.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Solution, Product, CIM and Legal to progress opportunities effectively.
  • For MCL opportunities, follow the agreed process and ensure opportunity management progresses as planned.
  • Ensure the appropriate level of Legal involvement and effective coordination with the IS Account Owner, Team Leaders and relevant Product stakeholders.
  • Where customers require offers in a specific format, provide the necessary support to the IS Account Manager to ensure the offer is prepared accordingly.

Customer Success & Conversion

  • Manage operational and commercial escalations through effective stakeholder engagement and follow-through.
  • Lead regular customer reviews to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align on future priorities.
  • Drive conversion of contracted wins (CW) into realized business across assigned Ocean and Logistics & Services portfolios.
  • Support conversion of Air, LCL, CHB, Managed Ground Freight (MGF), and other logistics opportunities in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
  • The resource should also develop a good understanding of solutioning and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain.
  • Good understanding of transportation and logistics products and services.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
