For our financial department we are currently looking for Intercompany (Accounting) Assistant. You will be part of Intercompany Hub Team responsible for IC AP invoices processing and month-end activities.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the IC AP/GL/AR team in performing daily tasks in the following areas:
• Entering invoices with and without purchase order into the accounting system
• Ensuring timely posting of documents
• Handling internal correspondence and correspondence with suppliers
• Resolving problems related to unpaid invoices
• Assisting in the preparation of control reports and their analysis

Your skills and Expertise:

• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
• You speak English to a communicative degree
• You know MS Excel on a very good level
• You would like to grow in one of the accounting departments and gain your first experience
• You're available to work min. 30h/week and have an active student status
• Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
• Curiosity with openness to new technologies
• Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
