Corporate Legal Recruiter

With our legal business continuing to expand, we’re looking for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our in-house corporate recruiting team.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who brings energy, grit, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire talent supporting key growth initiatives across our legal businesses.

You’ll support the national talent acquisition needs of our growing legal divisions.

What You’ll Do:

● Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates

● Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define hiring criteria, and develop accurate and compelling job descriptions

● Proactively source and engage both active and passive talent through referrals, networking, technology, external recruiting partners, events, and other sourcing channels

● Optimize job postings and advertising strategies to attract qualified candidates

● Review applications, screen candidates, and identify the strongest talent for each opportunity

● Manage the interview process from start to finish, partnering with managers, directors, and other key stakeholders

● Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partner

Qualifications:

● 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience; legal recruiting experience preferred

● Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing (in-house or agency)

● Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards

● Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
