Role

The Operations Specialist role at FinDox is responsible for supporting the everyday operations of our company, including managing our email notification service, documentation processes, and virtual file organization, as well as handling support inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data on FinDox (Octus’s loan document aggregation/compliance service)
• Process high volume of time-sensitive emails
• Ensure data quality and workflow consistency
• Organize virtual files and folders
• Cover weekend operations to ensure continuous service

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work weekends
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology
• Experience working in fast-paced environment and/or experience with time-sensitive activities (a plus)
