Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Chief of Staff while also contributing to the overall efficiency of the executive and office administrative team. This role reports to the Executive Assistant Supervisor and plays a key part in maintaining daily office operations, including workplace organization and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support for the Chief of Staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and general scheduling.
  • Assist with preparation of meetings, materials, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain and restock office kitchens, refrigerators, and snack areas to ensure a well-organized and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor inventory of office and kitchen supplies; place orders and track deliveries.
  • Support the EA team with cross-functional tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including conference room setup, catering, and event support.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude

Work Environment: This is an in-office role that requires a hands-on approach to both administrative and operational support within a collaborative team setting.
