About the role:

Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year training program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training.

Responsibilities

What you’ll bring:

• Applicants are required to have successfully completed their degree in their discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
• Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
• Applicants need to be between the ages of 18-35.
