Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Konecranes, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and the People and Culture team to develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
- Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and initial assessments, to identify the best fit for each role.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging process.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the hiring process to successful completion.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
You will have:
