Pay Range: $35 to $50 per hour (DOE)
Job Description
- Review and develop documentation around FERC requirements
- Reviewing existing policies and procedures for OATT compliance, OASIS and internet postings and other periodic requirements as laid out in various FERC rules and orders
- Assist subject matter experts in updating existing policies and procedures, or developing new policies/procedures
- Review evidence documentation for the same tasks, and will track progress on development and storage of documentation per the determined requirements
- Strive for consistency in quality and approach to documentation and compliance activities
- Manages and supports overall compliance program
- Performs research to understand requirements of pertinent federal, state and local regulatory schemes in reference to all business units within the organization
- Monitors operational compliance practices and performs risk assessments
- Analyzes existing policies, identifies gaps and recommends new or revised policies and procedures, approval processes, and monitoring methods
- Provides technical expertise in identifying and reducing areas of potential risk
- Gathers data, conducts analyses, and prepares work related to compliance reviews
- Participates in developing new compliance systems and tools to support large compliance projects.
