BrightPath Financial is expanding, and we’re looking for dynamic, customer-focused Mortgage Agents (Level 1 and Level 2) to join our growing team.

Level 1 Requirements:
- Must be licensed under FSRA as a Mortgage Agent Level 1 in Ontario.
- Ability to work with residential mortgages.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and compliance with provincial regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Level 2 Requirements:
- Licensed as a Mortgage Agent Level 2 with FSRA in Ontario.
- Experience with complex mortgage deals, including commercial, private, or construction loans.
- A proven track record of mortgage transactions.
- Strong ability to manage risk and compliance in mortgage transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
- Liaise with lenders to find the best deals for your clients.
- Guide clients through the application process from pre-approval to closing.
- Stay updated on mortgage industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid FSRA Mortgage Agent License (Level 1 or Level 2).
- A passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership or investment goals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
