The Opportunity

Love Recruitment International is working with a leading fitness club operator running a chain of more than 20 clubs in Zagreb. As the business continues to grow, they're keen to meet outstanding commercial leaders from the fitness industry who can drive membership growth and commercial performance across the portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven Sales Director, Commercial Director or Head of Sales who can combine strategic thinking with strong day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy across the club portfolio
• Drive membership acquisition, renewals and retention
• Lead sales performance across clubs and channels
• Improve conversion rates, sales productivity and customer engagement
• Build effective sales processes, KPIs and reporting
• Oversee marketing activity supporting lead generation and member engagement
• Use data and member insight to improve commercial decisions
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships and new revenue channels

About You

• A strong commercial background, ideally within the fitness sector (leisure, hospitality, wellness or membership-based consumer services also considered)
• Proven experience driving revenue and membership growth across multiple sites
• Open to relocating to Croatia
• A hands-on operator who blends strategy with execution
