What You'll Do:
- Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements
- Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings
- Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion
- Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions
- Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs
- Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
- 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel with a focus on aligning schedules to business priorities
- Serve as a gatekeeper by triaging incoming requests, balancing urgency with strategic importance, and ensuring leadership focus remains on critical work
- Leverage technology, including AI tools, to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall productivity and how work is performed
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
