Job Description Summary The Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager leads day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, responsible for planning and managing data conversion tasks, leading report design and development, and partnering with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‑production support).
