  • Partner with landlords, developers, brokers, and other external stakeholders throughout the site selection and leasing process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support the successful development, launch, and opening of new Stores and ROBO Shops.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key landlords, developers, shopping center operators, brokers, and other real estate partners.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of top shopping centers, major business districts, and emerging retail markets throughout the United States.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Construction, Retail Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure new locations meet business, financial, operational, and timeline requirements.
  • Support POP MART's continued U.S. expansion through market planning, pipeline development, and additional real estate projects as needed.

What you will need:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, retail site selection, leasing, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of top shopping centers and major business districts across the United States.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, shopping center operators, and other real estate partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support POP MART's continued growth through additional projects and special assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail real estate and shopping center/mall leasing within major U.S. markets.
  • Established relationships with major U.S. landlords, developers, brokers, and shopping center operators.
  • Experience supporting a high-growth retail brand with an active new store opening pipeline.
  • Experience managing multiple real estate transactions and markets simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Construction, Finance, Legal, Retail Operations, and other teams throughout the store development process.
