Paid Social Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for Paid Social Executives to manage the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where you will set up, optimize, and report on multiple campaigns daily. Attention to detail, strong reporting skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of activity are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
• Execute multiple campaign activations in a single day with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budgets in real-time.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Identify testing opportunities (creative, audiences, bidding strategies) to improve results.
• Ensure campaigns align with client KPIs, focusing on revenue, ROI, and efficiency metrics.
• Stay updated on paid social platform updates, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in paid social campaign management (agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and performance delivery.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within performance marketing.
