AP Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and payments.
• Match invoices to POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare AP reports.
• Ensure compliance with AP policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Proven AP experience (2+ years).
• Understanding of AP processes and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication skills.
